MONDAYS WOD
High bar back squat 1rm
*Use as many sets and as much rest as needed to gradually increase to the heaviest possible single for the day within a time limit of 27 minutes. Use good judgement and carefully select appropriate weight increases as you near your max to hit the heaviest single possible for the day. Don’t get greedy.
Rest 5 minutes then…
2 Rounds for time of:
25 Thrusters, 40/30kg
25 Pull-ups
50 Double unders (15 burpees each round for those not doing d.u’s)
8 minute time cap.
