CrossFit can greatly benefit anyone, from people who have been inactive to seasoned athletes. CrossFit Maitland’s experienced coaches individually tailor (scale) workouts to cater for the different levels of fitness and ability in our community. Each participant, regardless of fitness level and ability, is challenged just enough to deliver measurable results and personal athletic progress.
For a successful start at CrossFit Maitland you’ll complete our 1-on-1 intro sessions before joining group classes. These intro sessions are the best start for anyone new to CrossFit! You’ll be taught how to correctly perform many of the movements you can expect to find in our program and achieve entry level benchmarks for a smooth transition into group classes. The Intro Sessions also provide the opportunity to meet and get to know each other, to become comfortable with our coaching methods and practices, to familiarise yourself with our facility and equipment, and to provide you with other important information before starting. From here you can confidently transition into our group classes and begin training with our amazing community of members!
