and,

 

As many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

1 bar muscle-up

10 double-unders

2 bar muscle-ups

20 double-unders

3 bar muscle-ups

30 double-unders

4 bar muscle-ups

40 double-unders

Continue adding 1 rep each round to bar muscle-ups and 10 reps each round to double-unders until time expires.
