Complete as many reps as possible in 10 minutes of:

3 thrusters, 43/30 kg

3 bar-facing burpees

6 thrusters, 43/30 kg

6 bar-facing burpees

9 thrusters, 43/30 kg

9 bar-facing burpees

Continue adding 3 reps each round to each movement until time expires.
