THURSDAYS WOD 10m Sled push, 60/40kg 5 Kettlebell swings, 32/24kg 4 Box jump overs, 30/24″ 3 Atlas stone G2S, 54/34kg 2 Wall climbs 1 Rope climb, legless, 12′ Starting at the sled perform the exercises and required reps in the order shown at 30 second intervals. So at 3, 2, 1, go… Sled push… 30 seconds… Swings… 60 seconds… Box jumps… 90 seconds… Stones… and so on continuing as long as you are able up to 10 rounds. When time begins aim to complete all the reps for each exercise as quickly as you can. Workout ceases when you finish 10 rounds or fail to complete an exercise within the 30 second window.
