Class & Open-Gym Schedule
At CrossFit Maitland, we offer a variety of CrossFit class times and Open Gym hours to suit your schedule and fitness goals. Whether you’re new to CrossFit or a seasoned athlete, our classes, led by experienced coaches, will challenge you to improve your fitness across all aspects: strength, power, endurance, speed, coordination, and more.
CrossFit Classes
Our group CrossFit classes are designed to challenge all levels of fitness.
Each one-hour session features a new workout every day, programmed in-house by Matt Redgrove, our Certified CrossFit Level 3 Trainer (one of less than 1% of CrossFit coaches with this credential).
With consistent training, you’ll improve your capacity in areas such as:
Strength, power, and speed
Endurance and stamina
Gymnastics/bodyweight training
Weightlifting
Running, rowing, biking, and jump rope
And much more!
This broad approach to fitness, known as General Physical Preparedness (GPP), ensures you are well-rounded and ready for any physical challenge — whether expected or unexpected.

CrossFit Kids Classes
For teens aged 12-17 years, we offer specialised CrossFit Kids classes to help develop strength, agility, and overall fitness in a fun and supportive environment.
Thursday:
4:00 PM – 5:00 PM

Open-Gym Hours
Unlimited Membership holders have access to our Open Gym hours allowing extra time to work on skills, strength, or simply get in more training. Open Gym is available during non-class hours, and entry is granted with an access card.
Monday to Friday:
4:00 AM – 10:00 PM
Saturday:
6:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Sunday & Public Holidays:
8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
