For time:
150 wall balls, 9/6kg
150 sumo-deadlift high pull, 35/25kg
150 box jumps, 24/20″ (step-down)
150 push press, 35/25kg
 
One person works and one person rests. There will be a call of “rotate” every 30 seconds where there will be a rotation from working to resting and resting to working between partners. Upon each rotation a hand slap between partners is required before reps continue to count.
An individual can complete the workout with the same work to rest timing however they will complete 75 reps of each exercise.
