Plate Move & Stone Load

For time:

In teams move a stack of bumper plates from one side of the yoke to make a new stack on the other side of the yoke. The plates can only be moved to the new stack after they have been carried 40 metres on the yoke. No adjustments to the weight on the yoke can be made during each 40m carry. Once the new stack has been made move the plates back the same way.

Then, carry several different weighted atlas stones to the yoke and load a total of 2500kg over the cross-member of the yoke set at a height of 1.2m. Workout is complete once the stones have been carried back to their starting position.

On a running clock do one stone load the first minute, two stone loads the second minute, three stone loads the third minute, four in the fourth minute. In the first minute of rope climbs do one rope climb, and so on following the same four minute sequence used for the stones. Same sequence for the wall climbs also.
Score is total row calories minus 5 cals for each rep not completed.

*Select the heaviest stone possible but one that allows you to complete the set in under 45 seconds. Be as explosive as you can be from the lap on each rep. Must lap with hips below the knees. Rest 2 minutes between sets.
For time:
50 Thrusters, 45/30kg
5 Burpees EMOTM
10 minute time cap.
