In teams move a stack of bumper plates from one side of the yoke to make a new stack on the other side of the yoke. The plates can only be moved to the new stack after they have been carried 40 metres on the yoke. No adjustments to the weight on the yoke can be made during each 40m carry. Once the new stack has been made move the plates back the same way.
Then, carry several different weighted atlas stones to the yoke and load a total of 2500kg over the cross-member of the yoke set at a height of 1.2m. Workout is complete once the stones have been carried back to their starting position.
