and,

 

With a continuously running clock perform:

1 overhead squat, 43/30kg and 1 chest-to-bar pull-up in the first 1 minute

2 overhead squats, 43/30kg and 2 chest-to-bar pull-ups in the second 1 minute

3 overhead squats, 43/30kg and 3 chest-to-bar pull-ups in the third 1 minute

Continue the pattern for as long as possible.
