Each minute on the minute for 30 minutes:
30 Double-unders
5 sub-1:30/500m pace pulls on C2 rower (women sub-1:45/500m pace)
7 Burpees
9 Box jumps, 30/24″
 
– Only ONE station each minute changing to the next station the following minute. Each minute should have an all out effort to complete the reps with enough remaining time to rest before going all out again the next minute. The rest is important for you to maintain a high intensity on each station each minute. Scale up or down accordingly to allow for rest and intensity.
