Team WOD

On a 25 minute running clock complete the following as a team:
Run 1k
Then for max rounds as a team;
Kettlebell farmers carry 100 metres, 24kg/16kg
10 Box jump overs, 24/20″
10 Overhead lunges, 20/15kg
– Run as a team. When all team members have completed the run one team member will begin the carry and then on completion move to the box jumps as the next person begins the carry. You cannot move to the next exercise until the person in front has completed the required reps etc. Continue cycling through the three exercises for total rounds as a team.
