SATURDAY 060713 WOD 1 – Farmers Carry/Run Relay The first athlete will complete a 100 metre farmer carry (2 x 24/16kg KB) and then a 100 metre run. Once the first athlete returns from the run the second athlete will then do the same and complete a carry and a run of 100 metres each. Repeat process with all athletes and remain in your starting order throughout the workout. Result is rounds completed in 15 minutes. For example, 1 athlete completing a carry and a run is 1 round. – Without rest move immediately to – WOD 2 – AMRAP In 15 minutes 7 Burpee box jumps 10 Kettlebell swings, 24/16kg The athlete whose turn it was next on WOD 1 will begin. With only one athlete working at a time complete as many rounds as possible in 15 minutes. Remain in the same order from WOD 1. Result is total rounds for team. Record results / post to comments.
