Team WOD

Two rounds for time of:
20 Deadlifts, 80/60kg
20 Box jumps, 24/20″
20 Wallball shots, 9/6kg
20 Bench press, 60/40kg
20 Box jumps, 24/20″
20 Wall balls, 9/6kg
20 Ground to shoulder, 40/30kg
– Progress to the next exercise in the sequence, only when the team member in front has completed the required amount of reps and has moved on themselves. Also means you cannot lap a team member as you go to the second round.
