Partner WOD
6 x 3 minute rounds of:
Row 300 metres
Max Sled push metres, 50/30kg (on the sled)
Rest 3 minutes
 
– Once both partners have completed the row they will then push the sled for max metres, alternating who pushes every 20 metres. Sled push is scored in increments of 20 metres. If the team is mixed then the male will carry his plate while his partner pushes and then load it on to the sled for his turn.
