Overhead squat 5-5-5
– Only add weight and work up to a heavy load once technique has been practiced and developed with light loads. If flexibility is holding you back then use this time to work on improving it and also get a feel for the overhead position by practicing behind the neck snatch-grip push press and getting solid overhead.

21 Kettlebell swings, 24/16kg
12 Pull-ups
– 15 minute time cap.
