Row 60 calories
60 metre Sled push, 40/20kg (on sled)
– 6 minute time cap. At the cap complete the following;
As many rounds as possible in 13 minutes of:
8 Deadlifts, 70/50kg
8 Burpee box jumps, 24/20″
53 Squats 
– Burpee box jump standard will be FROM lying flat with chest and thighs on the ground TO full hip and leg extension with control on top of the box. Jumping or stepping up on to the box is allowed.
