Shoulder to overhead for max weight moved.
*You have a maximum of 15 reps to put as much weight overhead from the shoulder as possible.
*First 5 reps are shoulder press reps only, next 5 reps are push press reps only, and last 5 reps are anyway overhead.
*You have a maximum of 7 sets.
*Result is total weight moved for the 7 sets. 
*Reps must be unbroken.
