Front Squat 2 x 5 / DL, Push-Up, & T2B

Amazing work from everyone who threw down today!! Its not easy turning up when you know you’re in for an epic session but it’s one of the best things you can do for yourself. Being here when you know it’s gonna be hard will not only make you stronger in body but stronger in mind and being mentally strong is a key ingredient for success in what we do. Thank you all for your generosity in donating towards the Caruso family. We will pass it on at the end of the week so if you forgot or you weren’t there today and would like to contribute you still have time.
Front squat 2 x 5
– Increase load from 140813 while preserving form and range of motion. 
– Then –
AMRAP in 10 minutes of:
5 Deadlifts, 120/80kg
10 Push-ups
5 Toes to bar
