SATURDAYS WOD
For time:
25 Burpees
100 Hang power cleans, 50/30kg
25 Burpees
100 Front squats, 50/30kg
25 Burpees
100 Shoulder to overhead, 50/30kg
25 Burpees
*In teams of 4.
*All team members do the burpees at the same time. Each member must do their 25 burpees before the team can move on.
*Only one member working at a time on the barbell exercises. 100 reps is the team total. Don’t move on to the burpees until all 100 reps are complete.
*Only two bars per team.
