3 Burpees over bar
3 Shoulder to overhead, 60/40kg
6 Burpees over bar
6 Shoulder to overhead, 60/40kg
9 Burpees over bar
9 Shoulder to overhead, 60/40kg
12 Burpees over bar
12 Shoulder to overhead, 60/40kg
If you complete round of 12 go on to 15. If you complete 15 go on to 18 etc.
