WEDNESDAY 180913 “Bear Complex” 1 Power clean 1 Front squat 1 Push press 1 Back squat 1 Push press – 7 sets of the complex is one round. Do a total of 5 rounds and aim to increase the load each round to find your max (technique comes first). Putting the bar down during the round is not allowed. You may only touch and go. Rest as necessary between rounds, and even during a round (i.e. bar racked front or back would be a place to rest mid-round). Please check out the demo video.
