Back squat 7 x 1
 
*Work up gradually to a heavy single (not your max single) and perform 7 sets of 1 with that weight. 2-3 minutes rest between sets. 25 minute time cap.

5 Rounds for time of:
7 Pull-ups
9 Deadlifts, 110/70kg
11 Squats
 
10 minute time cap. Go for unbroken sets.
