On a continuously running clock complete the following:
15 Bench press, 60/40kg
With the time remaining up to the 2 minute mark;
Row (max calories) 
Then immediately for time;
30 Kettlebell swings, 24/16kg
15 Burpees
With the time remaining up to the 6 minute mark;
Rest
 
Repeat for 4 rounds.
 
Result for each round is your row calories subtracted from your time.
