Advanced

1 Squat clean, 70/50
1 Front squat, 70/50
1 Push press, 70/50
 
2 rounds
2 Muscle-ups
3 Handstand push-ups
4 One legged squats, alternating 
 
 
Beginner
2 rounds
1 Deadlift, 50/35
1 Hang power clean, 50/35
1 Front squat, 50/35
1 Push press, 50/35
 
2 rounds
4 Pull-ups
6 Push-ups
8 Squats
 
No scaling for the advanced workout, scale to beginner workout if too heavy or difficult. Barbell load and bodyweight movements can be scaled on beginner workout.
