AUSTRALIAN HERO GAMES
Hey crew, we are registered to host the AUSTRALIAN HERO GAMES. Please register to compete in this very worthy cause HERE. The competition is made up of two Hero Wods. The Wods will be held at the box on separate occasions as part of regular scheduling between the 1st and 8th December and you will log your own results online once completed. You can choose to compete in one or both workouts.

There will be a box order placed prior to 20th November.
Cost is $25 and all net profits go to the Commando Welfare Trust.
Available are:
Men – Slim cut fit.
Sizes – small, medium, large, XL and XXL.
Women – Slim cut fit.
Sizes – 8, 10, 12, 14, 16.
