12 Power cleans  50/35kg 
*like the song, round 1 is run, round 2 is 2 wall climbs then run, round 3 is 3 toes to bar, 2 wall climbs then run, round 4 is 4 standing broad jumps, 3 toes to bar, 2 wall climbs then run, etc.

Being prepared for any possible physical contingency is important for everyone but maybe no-one more so then Santa. There is a lot riding on his performance over Christmas! It was no surprise to discover that CrossFit is how he ensures he’s up to the epic task facing him on December 25.
